Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges of items based on the following requirements:

• For returns to be valid, items purchased must be mailed back within 7 days of receipt (14 days for international customers).  All additional shipping fees must be paid by the customers.
• Returns and exchange are allowed, providing that all items to be returned are in good condition with its original tag still intact.
• Return of sale items are not allowed and all items purchased via our online store, can only be returned online.
• Note: All returns are final. Nam Sun Electrical & Air-Conditioning Pte Ltd. have the right to decline returns if above requirements are not met.
